Shehryar (Shez) is a consultant in the Consulting team, with a background in compliance assessments, risk management, site audits, and investigations.

He has extensive experience in the aged care and ESG (environmental, social and governance) space. During his time at SVA, Shehryar has worked on a wide range of engagements, including creating an outcomes management framework for a mental health provider, helping a large disability housing fund measure its social impact on residents’ lives, and creating a MEL (measurement, evaluation and learning) program for a legal sector client to assess its maturity in the climate change and disaster justice space.

Prior to SVA, Shehryar worked within Big 4 firms in Australia and London.

He holds degrees from the University of St Andrews in the UK and the University of Melbourne.
