Emily is a Manager in the Commissioning for Outcomes team, specialising in social impact bonds and outcomes-based contracting. She works closely with government and not-for-profit partners to understand the outcomes, risks, and return on investment of programs across the education, employment, and justice sectors.

Emily holds joint Honours in Mathematics and Statistics and Philosophy from the University of Western Australia. She has three years of experience in SVA’s Consulting team, where she led strategy, evaluation, and financial modelling projects for government and not-for-profit clients. Before joining SVA, Emily worked at Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations Consulting team.
