Investing in equity through Early Childhood Hubs

The Early Childhood Hubs Working Group has called on the Federal Government to build more than childcare by investing in integrated Early Childhood Hubs.

The Early Childhood Hubs Working Group of the National Child and Family Hubs Network has called on the Federal Government to build more than childcare by investing in integrated Early Childhood Hubs (ECHs) for new services in areas of high socio-economic disadvantage and early childhood vulnerability.

This briefing note outlines the essential requirements of a high-quality ECH that are needed to support outcomes for children and families. It is intended to support governments and other funders to articulate the essential requirements for the implementation of ECHs, as identified in the recommendations of the Setting up the Building Early Education Fund for Success.

SVA is proud to Chair and provide the Secretariat function for the Early Childhood Hubs Working Group of the National Child and Family Hubs Network.
