I’m passionate about empowering organisations and government to improve programs and services that address critical social issues and create lasting and meaningful impact.
Tara is a Manager in the Consulting team based in the Perth office, and has operational and strategic experience in improving social outcomes for communities across Western Australia.
She has expertise in monitoring and evaluation, strategy development, business improvement, financial modelling, and complex stakeholder engagement. She has worked with state government agencies, not for profit and philanthropic organisations to prove and improve their social impact. At SVA, Tara has worked on a diverse range of projects including evaluations for state government exploring the impact of regional development programs and Aboriginal housing initiatives in regional areas, not for profit organisational effectiveness reviews including governance reviews and revenue diversification and supported organisations to develop strategies that support long term systems change.
Prior to joining SVA, Tara was with PwC’s Government and Public Sector Consulting team. Before consulting, Tara held leadership roles in the education sector where she championed equitable access to education for all West Australians.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration, specialising in Social Impact from the University of Western Australia.
