SVA leads the charge against too hard. By helping institutions think differently; putting its extensive know-how to work on re-designing systems to turn ‘can’t be done’ into ‘can-do’. I am inspired to work for an organisation that exists to create positive and lasting change for communities and individuals.
Shini is the Director of Brand and Marketing. She’s passionate about using her strategic and creative expertise to amplify impact and drive meaningful social change. With extensive experience across finance, not-for-profit, government, and retail sectors, Shini has led high-performing teams across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Prior to joining SVA, Shini led the marketing function at Australian Red Cross during its busiest time since World War II, navigating bush fires, pandemics and floods. She played a pivotal role in delivering the Australia Unites Flood Appeal, which raised over $28M for flood affect communities in NSW and Qld in 2022.
Shini is proud to have been the first Marketing Manager of the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) in Redfern, where she supported the life-changing programs that empower First Nations communities.
