Mr Koczkar is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital and a former CEO of Social Ventures Australia. He has extensive experience in social impact and private equity investing along with a deep understanding of the social purpose sector. He was previously a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners, Principal at Texas Pacific Group in Europe and started his career as a strategic consultant with Bain & Company.
