People & Culture Officer

I was attracted to SVA because of their work challenging social issues. I am motivated by roles that allow me to contribute to improving people’s lives.

Rick is the People & Culture Officer at SVA and provides administrative and operational support on a wide range of people and culture needs and processes including recruitment. Prior to working in People & Culture, Rick worked in a range of public sector roles including the criminal justice, education, and employment services industries.

Rick holds a Bsc in Sociology from University of Manchester and Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
