Ramon is a Manager in the Consulting team based in Perth and has enabled evidence-based practice and policy across the social sector, philanthropy, government, and business.
He has led strategic advisory projects, driven organisational change, analysed workplace culture, and implemented research solutions. At SVA, Ramon is passionate about empowering communities and organisations through analytics and AI. His expertise extends to designing and delivering digital transformations, impact evaluations, and leadership development experiences.
Prior to SVA, Ramon held leadership roles at Minderoo Foundation, the Centre for Social Impact, Curtin University, and the University of Western Australia Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Communication Management (Berlin), a Master of Commerce focused on Strategic Human Resource Management (UWA), and a PhD in Management & Organisations (UWA). Ramon was the inaugural Chief Investigator for the Australian Not-for-Profit Workforce Study and Director of the national Learning for Purpose initiative, integrating work psychology with advanced data analytics to enhance workplace culture, staff wellbeing, and professional learning. In 2018, he was recognised with the Impact 25 Award (Pro Bono) for his passionate advocacy and advisory to the social sector.
