Nancy Tran

Director, Consulting (VIC)

Nancy Tran

After 10 years at SVA, I continue to be excited and passionate about the work we do. I feel privileged to work alongside amazing people and organisations committed to helping those in need and driving a more equitable society.

Nancy is a Director in the Consulting team and leads its work in the Early Years and Child and Family sectors. She has worked with clients across non-profit, government, corporate and philanthropy, and brings expertise in strategic planning, impact measurement and evaluation, and social value.

Her projects include supporting Australian Unity to define, measure and value the community and social impact it creates in its diverse businesses, working with Berry Street to make the economic case for early intervention in child protection and out-of-home care, and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance to build its understanding of the impacts of early intervention programs.

Prior to joining SVA, Nancy worked with TechnoServe, a global non-profit organisation focussed on market-based approaches to addressing poverty, and she was previously a management consultant with global firm Kearney. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in International Development from the University of London.
