Michelle Gjoni

Head of People and Culture

Michelle is the Head of People & Culture at Social Ventures Australia. She is motivated by a strong belief that organisations achieve their greatest impact when people are supported, valued and enabled to do meaningful work, and is drawn to SVA’s commitment to fairness, inclusion and evidence-informed change.

In her role, Michelle partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver people strategies that support SVA’s mission and long-term sustainability. Her focus includes organisational culture, leadership development, workforce planning, employee experience and governance.

Michelle brings more than 15 years’ experience in senior people and culture roles across complex organisations, with a background in large-scale transformation and organisational change. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Human Resource Management.
