Marcela is a Consultant in the Consulting team, with expertise in outcomes measurement, data analysis and financial modelling.

Since joining SVA, she has worked with not-for-profits, government agencies, corporates, and social enterprises, focusing on First Nations, family violence, multicultural communities, and early childhood. Her experience includes delivering multiple impact measurement frameworks, conducting evaluations and SROI analyses, and developing a service demand and workforce planning model for a Victorian Aboriginal peak body.

Marcela is a Mathematical Engineer and holds a Master of International Development from Monash University. Before joining SVA, she tutored Corporate Sustainability at Monash and previously worked in enterprise risk management in Colombia’s insurance sector.
