Ledia is Director of Innovation at SVA having led 28+ innovation initiatives across health and social sectors in 15 countries.
She leverages co-design, futures thinking, and systems change approaches to tackle complex challenge, previously partnering with the Gates Foundation, World Bank, and WHO on projects impacting millions.
Her work has been recognised with the 2020 Core77 Design Award for Social Innovation, among other awards.
Ledia holds a PhD on the value of co-design in driving social change and is driven by diverse voices shaping just futures.
