Lara Drieberg

I love working with organisations to design purpose-driven program models that best achieve positive social impact.

Lara is a Consultant in the Consulting team and is based in Sydney on Gadigal Country, she has experience in strategy development, organisational effectiveness and outcomes management.

Over her time at SVA, Lara has worked on a range of diverse projects including, researching the financial impacts of family and domestic violence to inform advocacy for sector reform, evaluating the impact of an innovative partnership model between five community and specialist legal services, and developing the strategy of a First Nations arts organisation’s suite of youth programs. She recently spent six months supporting SVAs Young Children Thriving program, an initiative which seeks to transform the early years sector to ensure all children have the opportunities and supports they need to thrive.

Prior to joining SVA, Lara worked at the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute where she collaborated with First Nations communities and organisations across Australia to promote governance success.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Cultural Studies) and a Master of Development Studies from the University of Sydney.
