Senior Operations Manager, Consulting (NSW)

Dawn is the Senior Operations Manager in Consulting, managing the team’s resourcing, operations, and financial systems. Dawn manages the budgeting process, and financial reporting for the Board and Leadership team. Over her time at SVA, Dawn has used her knowledge of Salesforce and experience in operations to lead and implement initiatives to improve operational processes and increase the team’s impact. These have included Salesforce dashboards and hygiene reporting. She also drives new system implementations for the team, including Certinia Professional Services Automation, the accounting system for Consulting revenue recognition and the SVA-wide knowledge management system.

Prior to joining SVA, Dawn worked at Groupon Australia in Operations and Risk Management.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Global Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney.
