Employment Evidence and Practice Advisor

Christine Han is the Employment Evidence and Practice Adviser in SVA’s Employment Team. The team works to identify and promote effective employer practices that support young people at risk of economic exclusion. Christine contributes by investigating what works, ensuring SVA’s practice is grounded in the best available evidence, and feeding insights into academic literature and public debate, informed by the team’s practical work.

Christine brings a cross-sector background spanning corporate, academic, and social impact settings. Her earlier career included roles in financial governance, advisory, and change management within professional services. She is also an active academic researcher in the fields of workplace diversity and inclusion, human resource management, and business strategy. Christine is particularly interested in how employers can reimagine hiring and career development systems to be more inclusive for individuals facing structural barriers to employment.
