“I believe that the most successful organisations are unique in how they measure and value what matters. With SVA, I am excited by helping organisations incubate the next waves of social change through operationalising the intangible.”

As a Consultant at SVA, Caleb facilitates alignment on what matters – he believes this is how people and organisations perform at their best. A for-purpose generalist, Caleb’s multi-disciplinary toolkit helps executives, leaders and teams to refine key feedback loops for improved decision-making.

From social enterprises and start-ups to funders, government and corporates, Caleb’s work at SVA has included co-authoring research for the Economic Inclusion Advisory Committee on the impact of government payments on victim survivors of family and domestic violence, and of the Pay What it Takes report on the funding of indirect costs in non-profits. Across 2020-2021, Caleb worked with the Paul Ramsay Foundation on their Sustaining our Partners Taskforce.

Prior to SVA, Caleb developed and managed company and portfolio-level impact frameworks at LVP across impact investment and philanthropic funds, and worked across strategic operations, emerging technology and analytics at the Commonwealth Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Immunology) and Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from Monash University.
