I want to live in an Australia that is fair for all, particularly First Nations Australians. At SVA I can work with organisations to understand and improve their impact, and create positive change for all communities, to move toward this goal.
Annabel is a Manager in the Consulting team, with experience in strategy development, evaluation, outcomes measurement, financial modelling and organisational effectiveness.
Annabel has worked alongside non-profit, corporate and government clients, supporting them to understand and improve their social impact. Annabel has a particular passion for supporting First Nations clients and end beneficiaries, to work towards improving outcomes for all communities and closing the gap. Annabel is the co-chair of SVA’s stretch Reconciliation Action Plan and is responsible for supporting the progress of SVA’s commitments to reconciliation. Over her time at SVA, Annabel has worked on a range of diverse projects, including evaluating Reconciliation Australia’s education program, developing an outcomes measurement approach for a family and domestic violence service, supporting Australian Unity in measuring and valuing their social impact and evaluating a federal government local jobs program. Annabel co-authored a SVA Quarterly article on ‘Measuring the S in ESG‘.
Prior to SVA, Annabel worked at Nestle in Marketing. Annabel has volunteered on numerous occasions with the National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy (NASCA) as a role model to First Nations children in remote communities of the Northern Territory, fostering her interest in this area.
Annabel holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Communication and a Bachelor of International Studies.
