Adelle is a Consultant in the Consulting team, with expertise in strategy development, social impact design, outcomes management and evaluation.
A skilled facilitator, she is deeply passionate about working alongside community and clients to translate complexity, solve problems and demonstrate impact in clear, accessible ways. Over her time at SVA, Adelle has worked across a range of sectors with all levels of government and non-profit organisations on design, outcomes and evaluation projects.
Prior to SVA, Adelle worked in community development, urban design, and research at the Community Design Resource Centre in Houston, Texas. She has taught at the University of Houston and most the University of Melbourne on subjects ranging from Urban Design to Participatory Planning.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design, from the University of Western Australia and a Master of International Urban and Environmental Studies from RMIT.
